In order to take the Road Skills Test you MUST Present one of the Following:

1.  Louisiana issued TIP Card with...

2. Certificate of Completion from a Certified LA Driving School

 -OR-

3. Louisiana (or other State Issued) Driver's License or Permit

    Note: If Permit is from another state, contact LA DMV before  

      scheduling.
