Cancellation & refund policies

Full course Fee pays for:

Teen Permit : 30 hrs of classroom, and 8 hrs behind-the-wheel (x4 - 2 hrs drive sessions).

Adult Driver's License:  6 hrs of classroom, and 8 hrs behind-the-wheel, (x4 - 2 hrs sessions) . 

 All information in the Driver's License Course is extremely important and beneficial to the student's learning experience and safety.  Louisiana law requires that all Teen Permit and Adult Driver's License course students attend the required classroom and Behind the wheel time.  Missed time/days, due to any reason, must be made up with applicable fees.  

Please be aware that makeup days and transfers to a future course date are based on seating availability.  

MISSED CLASSROOM TIME: TEENS

RE-ENROLLMENT FEES (Due to missed days, or course):

•  Missed 1 Day:  $75.  

• Missed 2 or more Days: $150 

 Missed Behind the wheel session(s), Adult and Teen Students:

• If the student must miss a drive session, please let us know as far in advance as possible. This will give us more time to contact other students who may be able to swap dates and/or times.​​

• No cancellation fees will be charged for BTW session cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. ​

ROAD TESTS RESCHEDULING 

LATE CANCELLATION (or "No-call, No-show"):  

If you must cancel, please do so as far in advance as possible. 

 Reschedule Fees: Cancellation prior to 48 hours of the scheduled Road Test, or "No call, No show"  $25
